Disclosures
As an ACCME accredited provider of AMA PRA Category 1 credit(s)™, the American Association for Geriatric Psychiatry (AAGP) must ensure balance, independence, objectivity and scientific rigor in all its continuing medical education activities. All faculty participating in AAGP's 2010 Annual Meeting are required to disclose to the activity participants all relevant financial relationships with any commercial interest. This pertains to the faculty member's and his or her spouse/partner's relationships with pharmaceutical companies, biomedical device manufacturers, or other corporations whose products or services are related to the subject matter of the presentation topic. The ACCME defines relevant financial relationships as financial relationships in any amount occurring within the past 12 months that create a conflict of interest. In accordance with ACCME Standards, failure or refusal to disclose will result in disqualification from participating as a faculty member in AAGP's 2010 Annual Meeting.

Your disclosure must be made by a declaration in the program handouts (via a disclosure slide) and by a live announcement at the beginning of the activity. All slide presentations must include a “Disclosure Slide” at the beginning of every presentation, even if you have nothing to disclose.
