Earn 5 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM per poster! Physicians may claim AMA PRA Category l Credit(s)TM directly from the AMA for preparing a poster presentation, which is also included in the published abstracts, for a conference designated for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit. Go to www.ama-assn.org/go/cme, click on CME Forms, and download the direct credit application. You will need to include as documentation a copy of the page in the conference proceedings that lists the poster abstract and identifies the presenter.
How To Redeem Your CME/CE Credit
OnsiteFill out the credit statement form included with your registration materials and bring it to the registration desk for an authorized signature. PLEASE TURN IN YOUR 2009 ANNUAL MEETING EVALUATION FORM AT THE SAME TIME. Individuals requesting nursing continuing education credit should pick up forms at the Registration Desk in Kamehameha III.
NOTE: The Registration Desk closes Sunday, March 8 at 12:30 PM. However, on Sunday, March 8 a CME Desk will be located at the Registration Area in Kamehameha III to collect your completed credit statement form and evaluation form.
